Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions – Cancellation and Returns

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and qqsstt.top (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), applicable only to your purchase of niche department store products we offer within the United States (including home décor, small fitness equipment, creative daily necessities, and storage items, specifically including decorative baskets, decorative bottles, decorative candles, under-desk pedal exercisers, ab rollers, coasters, bottle openers, hanging bags, storage baskets, and jewelry boxes). By purchasing any product from us or using the product, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they define your rights and obligations. In case of any dispute arising from these Terms, both parties should first seek to resolve it through negotiation; if unsuccessful, it will be submitted for arbitration.

I. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles

To cancel an order or process a return, you must obtain prior written approval from us. You can apply for approval by sending an email to our official email address service@mail.qqsstt.top, specifying the order number, product name, and reason for cancellation/return. Any cancellation request without our written approval will be rejected, and the order will proceed as usual; any products returned without our written consent will be refused and sent back to you, with all incurred shipping and related costs borne by you.

II. Product Defects and Issue Feedback

Please inspect the appearance, quality, and completeness of the purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. If you find minor defects, slight stains, or other issues, please contact us immediately via the above email and provide clear photo and video evidence so that we can offer you a replacement, repair, or other reasonable solution. If defects/stains are reported after the 14-day inspection period, we will assume the issue occurred during your use and will not bear responsibility.

III. Order Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellation Before Shipping Label CreationFor orders placed but where a shipping label has not yet been created, upon request for cancellation and receiving our approval, we will process a full refund without any fees.
  • Cancellation Before Order Dispatch (Shipping Label Created)If a shipping label has been created but the order has not yet been dispatched, upon request for cancellation and receiving approval, we will charge a fee of 10% of the original product price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation After Order DispatchOnce the order is dispatched, we cannot intercept or hold the shipment. You may choose to refuse the package upon delivery or accept it and then contact us to request a return shipping label. Once the package is returned to us and inspected with no issues, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product's original price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation After Delivery (Package Unopened)Within 14 calendar days of delivery, if you wish to cancel the order and the package is unopened, you need to contact us and provide clear photo and video evidence of the unopened package, get approval, and then contact the original delivery company to return the entire package at your expense. Once the package is returned to us and inspected with no discrepancies, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product's original price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Post-Use Cancellation (Non-Quality Reasons)Within 30 calendar days of delivery, if you wish to cancel the order for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to: subjective disinterest, incorrect size, dislike of product style, non-acceptance of compensation for minor transport damage, etc.), you need to contact us and provide photo and video evidence proving that the product and packaging are in their original state (no signs of use, packaging intact) to obtain prior authorization for return. Then, you must return the fully packaged product to us by contacting the original delivery company at your own expense. Returns beyond 30 calendar days will not be accepted.Once the package is returned to us and confirmed to meet requirements, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the product's original price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • IV. Non-Returnable Products

    The following products are non-returnable unless there are extreme circumstances (such as severe quality issues affecting safety), and only after obtaining our written consent:

  • Custom orders;
  • Used products with noticeable wear;
  • Discounted promotional items (including clearance and flash sales).
  • V. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

  • Refund Processing Time: Upon confirmation that the returned products meet requirements, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Refund processing time depends on your payment account’s bank/payment platform.
  • Refund Delays: If refunds are delayed due to incorrect refund account information, banking system failures, holiday extensions, etc., you may contact us with relevant proof, and we will assist in verification and explanation.
  • VI. Important Notes

  • Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (UTC+8:00). Requests for cancellation/return outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
  • You can request edits/changes to order information (such as shipping address, contact details) within 12 hours of placing an order by contacting customer service. Changes cannot be made once the order has entered the fulfillment process after 12 hours.
  • If returning goods, do not directly refuse packages from FedEx/UPS, etc. Sign for the package first, then request a return shipping label through our official email before proceeding with return procedures to avoid loss or disruption due to unauthorized refusals.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products for quality and condition. If we discover any man-made damage, usage traces, or missing packaging that does not meet return conditions, we have the right to refuse the refund and will send the product back to you, with resulting shipping costs borne by you.
